NLP Training: Session 14
You’ve worked on changing unwanted emotional triggers. Now it’s time to change your unwanted behavioral triggers. So let’s get right to it…
NLP Training: Session 14
In the last NLP training audio, you learned an amazingly fast and effective technique for changing your unwanted emotional and behavioral habits.
We all have things in our lives that trigger us in unwanted ways, and our ability to change our responses to those triggers is a key factor in our overall quality of life. When you can feel the way you want to feel and act the way you want to act in response to life’s circumstances, you’re more likely to feel good and act effectively.
That is freedom. So let’s practice it now…
NLP Training: Session 14
Your mind is incredible. It stores an amazing amount of information. making it so that you don’t have to keep relearning what you’ve already learned.
It stores mental connections, emotional associations, and behavioral habits, all of which develop into automatic responses that serve as a consistent foundation for who you are… so that who you are today is mostly similar to who you were yesterday.
This foundation is extremely helpful because it supports you in learning new things. Imagine if you had to relearn everything you’ve ever learned all the time. There would be no room in your mind to make new mental connections, create new emotional associations, or develop new behavioral habits.
On the other hand, sometimes these automatic responses detract from your maximum potential or might even harm you. A mental connection might skew your perception of an event. An emotional association might put stress on your body and lead you to respond inappropriately. And a behavioral habit might be highly ineffective in the face of new challenges.
So while our automatic responses free us to explore new ways, their imperfections also limit us, which means we have to learn to change them. We have to learn to reprogram these responses so that they can improve. Like a software update on a computer, we have to learn to update our ways so that our ways adapt to our new desires, our new perspectives, and our new challenges.
And that is exactly what you will be learning in this next audio. So have fun…

And you’ve learned to effect all of these changes with pure mind power. You’ve entered the control room of your mind, you’ve learned to use the controls, and you’re on the path to mastering them.
Now we will go over one more example of the infinite applications that there are for using this power of your mind. In this activity, you will learn to change an unwanted belief into something you want to believe. Your beliefs determine the way you see the world, and the way you see the world determines the quality of life that you will live.
