Shame is seen by many to be one of the most debilitating of emotions. Why might that be?
Perhaps because shame strikes right at the “okayness” of who we are. Perhaps because it calls into question the basic value, acceptability, and integrity of our identity. And given that your identity is the core essence of you as the creator of your world, when your identity is tarnished, it can weigh you done enormously.
To truly feel free to be who you are, releasing shame is therefore critical. So let’s get to it now…
